At the start of a new year, it is common to set goals for personal success. But at the Peter Ogundele Leadership & Impact Foundation (POLIF), we are asking a different question: How will you lead this year?

Reflecting on “Project Hope” We saw this definition come to life during our recent Christmas outreach at Ile-Epo General Hospital. It wasn’t about a corporate obligation; it was a faith-driven mission to bring healing and hope.

• We saw leadership in the volunteers who arrived at 8:00 AM on a holiday.
• We saw empathy in the prayers shared with patients in the Emergency and Labour wards.
• We saw impact in the medical support provided to the hospital management.

Our Promise for the New Year In 2026, POLIF is doubling down on its vision: To raise a generation of ethical leaders. Through our upcoming programs in high schools and our continued humanitarian work, we are committed to building a Nigeria where leadership equals service.
